Having navigated the very rewarding but difficult New Custom Home Construction Process on the Central Coast for the last 20 years, we can offer Custom Home Build Consultation Services. From initial lot walk thru to understanding what is required for septic or sewer, utilities, lot line adjustments, building footprint, determining real costs and budget.  As well as real world answers about how long it takes to obtain building permit as well as timelines.  This includes all Soils Tests, Perk Tests, Civil Engineering, Landscape Design, Drainage, and all facets of the Building Process.

This comprehensive consultation can lead to determining REAL cost per SQ FT budget. So many perspective clients are giving incorrect pricing from the beginning of the building process, because not enough time is spent to determine what costs will really be. We view this process as the most important cost saving procedure that can take place on a new custom home build. Knowing what is required for that individual lot can determine the size, type of design and building footprint, and the infrastructure needed. Including how much excavating (dirt work & trenching), also the size and complexity of foundations and retaining walls, as well as building the right driveway entrance.
